Desiree is hands down the greatest realtor to work along side of !My husband and I planned to wait a whole year before looking . We had the good credit and work history , but not the down payment . We still decided to try to see what our options were in the beginning of the year just to have an idea of what we could qualify for at the time . The first couple of homes we viewed ,we instantly fell in love with a cute cabin . Unfortunately a big snow storm buried the community in high levels of ice and snow that delayed the process , I believed we wouldn’t be able to buy at that time after all . Desiree worked hard and diligently to try to get a hold of the listing agent , going above and beyond to see that our offer would be considered and accepted as the community we were looking in had no power or anyway to exit their homes and businesses . Desiree was there every step of the process and helped answer a lot of first time home buyer questions . I’m glad I reached out and had her expert guidance . Now we are in our dream home !

As a first time buyer I knew very little. I was learning as I go. I strongly recommend having a realtor that will go to bat for you; to ask the questions you do not know to ask or even think of asking. Desiree will do that for you and more!
I will say this, I let go of my other realtor because of how personable, knowledgeable and supportive of a realtor she was. I felt content (my questions were getting solid answers) when working with her. She always, not only replied to all questions and concerns, she would provide evidence; pictures/screenshots to thoroughly answer any concerns; above and beyond!
My first offer was accepted and now I live in a new build! 100% satisfied with the home buyers process from beginning to end.

I Initially met Sal by my Bank NASB who they referred him to me. From the start he did not want me to settle for any house. We ended up with a 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom with a pool and large backyard for a really good price. 6 years later he also help us sell our house for a big profit. I consider him a brother and could not be any happier with him.
He goes above and beyond and has so much experience.
One fact is that when we were looking houses. Sal would always be ready with property info and access to the house and in one occasion another client arrived at the same time and could not access the property and Sal open the property for both parties.
