Karen Lucas did an excellent job as my realtor during the sell of my Mom's estate. She was recommended by my daughter and son in law whom had already used her when they bought their house. Karen gave good advice and coordinated everything with the sell of the house. She was easy to contact and easy to communicate with. We needed some repairs done to the house and she contacted a contractor who gave an estimate and did good work while keeping the price within the estimate. I would recommend Karen as a realtor and would use her again if needed.
