As first time homebuyers, my wife and I needed a lot of direction. We didn't know what we didn't know or how to bargain effectively in the home buying process. Maria was able to hone in on what we were interested in, was always available to see a house on the spot, and provided excellent insight. We made it especially challenging for Maria, and she came through with flying colors. We moved out of state just as our house was listed. Everything had to be done via email, virtual signatures and UPS. While she did a great job of communicating things that were necessary, a little additional communicating for reassurance purposes might have been a good idea. That is on us though, our being 2,000 miles away, and our inexperience with the housing market.
