Tommy did an outstanding job helping us buy a new home. He has excellent local knowledge and got us all the information we needed to make our decision. We had some unusual requirements and he was as patient as he was meticulous. He made sure we had all the information we needed to be able to make that purchase. He also introduced us to a lawyer who helped us through the legalities. Tommy is also dependable where the selling of the home is concerned. He helped us stage and sell. Tommy is communicative and responsive; he is accessible at all times and responsible. It has been a pleasure working with him.

His tireless efforts and unique ability to relate to potential buyers were the difference in finalizing the sale. He was very diligent and kept us apprised along the way. We recently sold our house in Bridgewater that we owned, loved and cared for over 30 years.
We were clearly attached and very attentive to caring for our house, but it was time for us to move to a warmer climate. Tommy fully understood our mixed emotions about moving and patiently walked us through the difficult transition in our lives. He was respectful about our feelings but realistic about the value of our house and the timeliness of the sale.
With Tommy’s help we eventually agreed on a sale price for the home and Tommy not only secured our sale price of the house price but exceeded what we expected. Tommy was also cognizant and understanding of our demands about our privacy and when the house could be viewed. We had a chance encounter with Tommy during one of the Open Houses he hosted. Although we did not end up buying the home, the brief interaction left us impressed and we hired him as a buyers' agent. My dealings with Tommy could not have gone smoother. he helped me price my listing correctly, which resulted in an offer we accepted on the 2nd day my property was listed. he contacted the town on my behalf to get our property inspected and the minor issues raised were dealt with immediately, resulting in a fast, smooth closing. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home in NJ - he did a fantastic job.

Thomas (Tom) Holmes was proactive in our search for a condo. He helped us navigate both the market and in-house tours as first-time home buyers. Better still, he introduced us to a lender and a grant program that assisted us with the down payment and closing costs. The lawyer he linked us to was also fantastic. Furthermore, the relationship that Tom developed with the sellers (because he is always willing to help) made them more generous with negotiations, fixes, and other preparations before we officially moved in. Absolutely would recommend him to anybody searching for a new home!

Tommy was fantastic! We had a complicated closing because we had tenants in our home that could not leave on schedule due to issues related to COVID-19 . Tommy stuck with us to help us manage with our buyers and helped us eventually get to closing. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and patience.
