Scott did an amazing job. He worked on this land deal beginning during the pandemic. We received five offers. Land is not an easy thing to sell. We will be using him again to sell our rental when the tenant vacates. I highly recommend him.

Scott was awesome... Met him completely by accident, but feel like I have known him for years. Once we identified Snoqualmie Pass, WA. as the area we wanted to be, we explored around on our own, met Scott and then returned to Ohio. Scott continued the search and went out and looked at each property, plus a few more that he knew of that were about to be listed. He walked the properties personally and sent numerous photos. His local knowledge of water rights, building permits, easements, and otherwise, is excellent. The best thing I can say is he treats your next property as if it was his own!
