I have known Kent for many years. Recently I needed to assist my mother-in-law sell her home in Everett. He answered all of her questions and guided us through the inspection process and then recommended a very good firm to make some necessary repairs. He even went so far as pressure wash her drive way for a better curb appeal. The sale and closing went off without a hitch. Kent was very professional through the whole process. I would highly recommend Kent to anyone.

We just wanted to take time to provide a recommendation for Debbie and her team. We have worked with her for the past several years with a rental. When it came time to selling our house, she made it an easy choice to choose her.
She assisted us with navigating the entire process including recommending what updates needed to be done, what those updates should be, helped us source who could do necessary repairs and provided all the staging and photos needed in order to list the house for the best $ amount. If Debbie could do something herself, she did.
We don't often get to work with someone with such a high work ethic. As clients who were navigating the process from 3 hours away, we couldn't have been luckier.

If you’re looking for a review that is sugar coated this isn’t it.
Kent was exactly what I needed to sell my house. We started off by reviewing the entire house so I could develop the “fix up list”. Doing this gave me an idea of the time required to get my house ready for the market. Kent gave me ideas along with suggestions that would help when we went to market with an asking price. All along during my project Kent checked in on the items and was very pleased with the outcome and time line. We went to market and exceeded my expectations on a final price. What a great outcome it was after all the time that was put into getting my house ready. I can honestly say Kent has wisdom beyond his years and I could highly recommend him to anyone that will get someone that tells you without that sugar coating that others provide. It is still very nice to work with someone that shakes your hand and looks you straight in the eyes and says thank you for using me as your agent. I hope we can all get to that again.

He communicated with us through the entire process so we understood what the next steps would be. He was very helpful when going to look at homes, he would check crawl spaces and even the attic. Debbie did such a wonderful job at assisting my wife and I in finding a forever home. During the house hunting process, she would look at the home as if she were buying it herself and point out the things that concerned her about each home and what the highlights were as well. She was straightforward and honest about every placed we viewed. You can tell she is really passionate about her job and helping others find their perfect home. Kent was great to work with and went well above what was needed to get our home sold.I would recommend Kent to anyone wanting to have a realtor that goes the extra mile.
It was a long process selling the lake front property, first the survey, changing the title, amendments to the closing date. Kent was there through out and guided us through the process until the sale closed. Kent helped with getting us the proper forms, finding a surveyor and even helped clean up the property.

Debbie Buffelen really worked for us while handling the management and sale of our house plus property near North Bend. In fact, she did it all. At least that is how we feel about it. If we had more property to sell or manage, we'd be calling her first.
