From the beginning of the process of selling our home to the transfer of title, Nancy was professional, knowledgeable, informative. Ever pleasant. She staged and videographed our home to showcase its attributes, and discussed pricing and marketing to arrive at a proper sales price. As a result, our open house had close to 20 lookers, and 2 FP contracts. She then steered us through the process through closing. In a word, she was superb. A finer realtor I have not met!

Nancy was a fantastic realtor! We were new to the Florida home market and Nancy made every step of the buying process easy. Nancy was flexible with showing homes at times convenient for us. Once we found our home Nancy also was very knowledgeable in regards to getting a loan, insurance and the many steps related to the closing. I would absolutely recommend using Nancy for your realtor if buying a house in Florida!

We highly recommend Nancy, we actually did to our son. (Just purchased also). She was patient and was able to figure our desires in our home search. We looked at a few listings in person and virtually she was able to from our feedback able to find our new home. She provided advice on what to offer, and how to price our existing home, we sold in ONE day with multiple offers! She is very familiar with the market in our area which was extremely helpful. Her recommendations, title company, insurance, inspector, etc. all 5 stars. She was on top of things at each step in the process. Thanks to her we give her our highest recommendation.

I've sold 7 houses in my life. The last one was with the best realtor I've had had for any of them - and I've also bought 8 houses!!! Nancy started as a friend and having her transition to agent was an amazing thing to watch. Her friends know that she's crazy smart. When she puts all that to work for you, watch out. Even though the market was cooling off quickly, we sold my house for over asking before it went on the market. Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable on the ins and outs of real estate, even offering to help out when had any questions buying house #8. You can't go wrong with her. "

Nancy did a great job working for her clients (the sellers) and us the buyers. We felt very comfortable calling her whenever we had questions and she replied promptly. She was very honest and did her best to make sure we felt as valued as her clients. The whole process was done remotely as we were not from the area. We would strongly recommend Nancy!!!

Nancy is absolutely great as a Real Estate Professional! Our closing had a lot of issues with the Mortgage company but she was persistent to get this closing done as soon as possible. She went above and beyond helping us even after the closing to make sure everything was completed.
I would definitely recommend her to my friends if they were planning to purchase a property in the Florida area!

We had a really great experience working with Nancy. My wife and I have had rough experiences in the past working with realtors, but Nancy sets the standard on being a professional in this tough and fast-moving market. She was always available to answer our questions, and able to get us into the houses we were interested in as fast possible which is extremely essential to finding a home in this area. Throughout the closing process a lot of inspections and processes happen quickly, but Nancy was very thorough in making sure that everything was done correctly without any surprises.
