Our introduction to Nancy was through our friends in Florida who had had great success in selling their home through Nancy. The usual praise was offered , which I assumed was entirely based upon the successful and speedy outcome of that sale.

I came , therefore, trusting only in that metric of Nancy's. being a go-getter whom one could rely upon to get a timely and effective result at an agreed and satisfactory price.

My understanding of how demanding and exacting a task selling a home could be was to be awaken. I was soon to learn that a good agent has to be dogged cleric as well as demonstratively patient psychiatrist never giving any indication that she rightly or wrongly believed her patient ( client ) was at once rude, ill-informed , or flatly dull whitted.
