We were moving to Omaha from out of state for work and a friend had given us Shelly's contact. We made the call, and are so glad we did. She was amazing to work with. When we came to town for our house hunting trips, she was organized, and showed us what we were looking for. She really listened and learned from what we saw, and refined the next homes. She worked so hard to help us find the right home for us, and that is absolutely what we found!!! She had contacts for everything we needed in the process, and it just made the entire experience so much less stressful. She was so responsive when we had questions or needed advice. I would recommend Shelly to anyone looking to buy a home in Omaha. She is the best!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

Nick did an unbelievable job of keeping us informed, providing guidance, and teaching us what we needed to know when looking for our new home. I had a very positive experience purchasing a house in Omaha. I live on the west coast. Shelly was very accommodating by assisting me with home tours via FaceTime. We searched for about 5 to 6 months. On every phone call and FT tour she greeted me with a smile. Once finding my property, she was very thorough making sure nothing was missed especially because I was purchasing the property without seeing it in person. I always felt that Shelly had my back and personal best interest. I never felt that she was just trying to close a deal. I would use Shelly again for future real estate transactions.

I have worked with Shelly on the sale of two homes. The sale of our first home she made things easy for us. She helped us figure out what we were looking for in a new home without pressure on making a sale. When it came time to list our home she walked through everything with us. Wonderful assistance from Shelly from start to closing on purchasing a home in the Omaha area. We had a long list of desires and a price range that seemed like everyone else was also in. Competitive market is an understatement for what is happening now and we could not have found our PERFECT home without Shelly’s help!

My husband and I connected with her on Zillow. She began by asking us what we wanted(rooms, garage etc). The first meeting we looked at tons of houses so that she could get a good idea of our style. The second meeting was pretty much houses we picked out and houses she felt fit our description. The house we decided to buy was not one on our list but hers and it was my dream home. Everyone knows the home buying process is stressful and Shelly was there throughout the whole process. At times when I would think negative she always reassured me things would be fine. If you are looking for a new home and want someone whose caring,kind, and dedicated Shelly would be the best person for the job. Not only am I in my dream home but I also gained a great friend in the process.
