The experience my husband and I had with Kevin was wonderful!! He sold our home and helped us find our new home. Honestly, I don’t know if I can put into words how grateful we are for Kevin, but I will do my best. My cousin recommended Kevin and he did not disappoint! From the very first time meeting Kevin, we felt very comfortable and knew Kevin was gonna do his best to sell our home and help us find a new one. He was patient and kind and very knowledgeable about the surrounding towns which , is where we wanted to live. And he so understood our needs even more than what we did. He went out of his way more than once to make sure we were comfortable. We will never be able to thank him enough for all his hard work. There’s realtors and then there’s Kevin Sarullo!

Kevin is one in a million!! He goes above and beyond to sell your home. Always just a phone call away with answers, for any questions that I had, no matter what time it was. Very knowledgeable and explains everything making sure that you know what to expect and what is going to happen. He is honest and works very hard promoting the sale of your home. Has open houses, advertising, making sure it's available to be viewed on all websites. When I get ready to purchase my next home he will be the one I will be using!! You can't go wrong with Kevin!!

During the house slump of 2023, I contacted Kevin because he sold my neighbors house during the high price housing market of 2022. He was very honest with me about the current housing market and what my expectations should be. If I had a question he would answer it, pretty much in the middle of the night. I would recommend Kevin.

I love Kevin.
He’s just a super nice guy who knows his stuff.
Is totally patient, made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. You can ask him anything and if by chance he doesn’t know the answer he will absolutely find out for you, (even after the deal done).
I highly recommend Kevin’s services it was actually fun buying land! Imagine that for a second… and then go hire Kevin!!!

Kevin was such a joy to work with. On the onset of our meeting his kindness illuminates his disposition. He was courteous and vet professional . We felt as though we had a new family member looking over our affairs.
Selling our dream home was a big deal and he took care of everything. Our home was under contract quickly and we found another property that was just as beautiful. Downsizing is not easy but Kevin made it seamless and stress free. Kevin had the entire process finished faster that we had expected. We highly recommend his services to our family and friends.

Kevin was amazing! From day one he was there and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We had to buy virtually, which we thought was going to be complicated, but Kevin made it so easy! We would find a place, let him know, and he would tour it while on face time with us! He helped us find our perfect home before we made the move across the country. Every time we had a question or concern, he was there to reassure us and answer anything we asked. My husband and I can’t thank Kevin enough for his help, dedication, and patience with us through this home buying experience! It was extremely easy and smooth because of him!

Kevin was recommended to me and he exceeded my expectations. I'm from another state and I told Kevin what I was looking for, what I did not want and my budget. I had a limited amount of time to shop and requested Kevin's time exclusively. Because Kevin has RLS access to the whole state of AZ, he started sending me listings by email to view from 4 different areas I was interested in. We conquered a lot of listings as soon as I got to town and he personally drove me to each of them so I wouldn't get lost; which i truly appreciated. I feel, Kevin has a laid back personality and after a few houses when I said, "no, i'm not feeling it", he understood more of my style/wants.
Kevin always responded to my texts/calls as soon as he could, even when he had to be out of town for a few days. After two weeks, I ended up finding a great home.
