I was ready to put my house up for sale and Joseph Saldana from Nexthome Revere in Bethpage was highly recommended to me by a friend. Joe was so easy to work with. He put my mind at at ease. I felt like Joe would take care of everything. He was always available to answer my questions. My house sold in a short amount of time and at a good price that I was very happy with. Joe was a pleasure to work with. I was selling my parents home but live 300 miles away. He made it easy. He gave good advice, dealt professionally and kindly with family issues and sold the house quickly. The buyers went for an FHA mortgage and Joe had the work done so the house would pass inspection.
Joe is a person you’d like as a friend.

For us, Joe was an easy choice as realtor to sell our home. From the first time we met Joe we got a sense of what a likable person he is. As important as it was for us to feel comfortable and like him, it is even more important for potential buyers to like him. Joe did not disappoint. He was nothing but professional through the entire process. He kept us informed as to potential buyers, possible concerns with the home and the closing process. He has even followed up with us after the sale! My wife and I joke that we are going to have to send out an additional Christmas card come December! If you are looking for trustworthy, hard working partner to sell your home, Joe is you guy!

Joe was excellent in what turned out to be a not so easy sale. He kept me informed and explain everything as the sale process moved along. I live out of state so everything had to be done via phone and email. Got top dollar for the house and made my life simple!!

It is our immense pleasure to recommend Jose Saldana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Jose Saldana had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs. Mr. Saldana is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly help us in our needs. We found Jose to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. He is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to sell or buy again he will be our first choice in real estate agents.

Joseph's team is excellent and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided during my home search. Any realtor can be polite and professional, but few are as skilled and knowledgeable as Joseph during the many tours, offers, and negotiations we went through before landing on the right home.

LI is a very competitive market. If you want to have the best possible homebuying experience, you have to be willing to be quick and competitive against dozens of other offers. It's hard to do this unless you're confident that you've found the right home. Touring with Joseph is like having a LI homebuying encyclopedia with you, answering anything you want to know (and then some!) The more you know, the more confident and competitive you can be in your search. Not every realtor can offer this skill.

His team followed all proper COVID safety protocols during my search.

For the record, let me first say that you he whole home buying process is a life changing evemt mentally and physically. Now with that said, when you have an agent that is on his/her game, it makes the process a lot smoother. Granted I still hit a few bumps along the way, Joseph made sure to pave the way and turned them bumps into a smooth ride. He definitely helped in more ways than expected. He was very engaged and hands on with everything. When you deal with Joseph, you deal with JOSEPH. And that is the sign of a true professional. Joseph was a great realtor! He did not pressure us into houses which were not for us and he took us to any and all houses we wanted to see. He answered all calls and texts quickly and helped us find our new home for our family and we are forever grateful. We will be recommending him to all our friends because he is amazing!
