They worked tirelessly when other realtors blew us off because we were not looking for a million dollar+ house.
I know there can be a lot of heartbreaks in the real-estate world (for buyer/seller/agent) but you just can’t give up.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. I was selling my parents home but live 300 miles away. He made it easy. He gave good advice, dealt professionally and kindly with family issues and sold the house quickly. The buyers went for an FHA mortgage and Joe had the work done so the house would pass inspection.

For us, Joe was an easy choice as realtor to sell our home. From the first time we met Joe we got a sense of what a likable person he is. As important as it was for us to feel comfortable and like him, it is even more important for potential buyers to like him. Joe did not disappoint.
