I worked with Scott during a difficult time, as I was going through a divorce and looking to sell our property. Scott is very knowledgeable in the realm of real estate and sold our house rather quickly. However, I believe real estate agents must also have strong people and communication skills, and unfortunately I found the communication to be lacking and one-sided. Despite both of us being involved in the process as homeowners, it felt like Scott primarily communicated with my ex-partner and didn’t make a strong effort to gather my input (or to even get to know me at all). Important financial decisions were made without my input or buy-in. This was frustrating, as it’s crucial to ensure all parties are heard, especially in such sensitive situations. It's possible that Scott doesn't have experience in this area, and I understand real estate transactions can be complex, but better balance in communication would have made a big difference. I hope that in the future, more care is taken to ensure everyone involved feels equally supported and informed. That said, I appreciate the effort put in, and with refinements in this area, I’m sure future clients will have a more seamless experience.

Without going into details (and in my opinion too many brought on by the buyer) Scott took the time to meet with us and discuss various sales strategies. Scott informed us on how the various selling strategies tend to "play out". It was OUR informed decision on how to proceed. Scott brought in a professional photographer and a drone videographer. Scott did an amazing job representing our best interests and kept us informed on everything we needed to know. Scott is a very honest person with high morals, and integrity! He did his best to have the sale closing as comfortable and free of any issues. He is 100% committed to serving his clients to provide the best of selling or purchase options.
