Wes came in as our Second Realtor on the sale of our home. He was very friendly, professional, responsive and informative. Wes did a walkthrough of our home and gave us some ideas of things to do to help improve the chances of a sale. He hooked us up with a stager that put the icing on the changes we made. The house hit the MLS on a Friday and there were 5 showings scheduled for the following Sunday through Monday. We received offers from the first 3 people through the house, and we accepted one of the offers on that Monday. We cannot Thank Wes enough for being straightforward with us about everything from Asking Price, to work that needed to be done, how he would market our home, and gave us realistic expectations. Wes was responsive to our questions from initial contact to after the closing. He stayed in contact with us better than I could have hoped for. The short story is.....
