We knew nothing about the Pinehurst area except for its quaintness and rich golf history when we initiated a search for a 2nd home near the kids and grandkids in Raleigh when a "friend of a friend" recommended Kara Toft.,
We couldnt have been more pleased.
Kara worked tirelessly and endlessly to find us the perfect property. Her meticulous nature and attentiveness toward our wish list and likes/dislikes were paramount in finding the right property.
Kara knew the answer to our every question about the market and the area or researched an appropriate answer in a timely fashion.
Ultimately, Kara found us the house sight unseen and trusting her with the fact that (as she would say)" I think this home hits all your target points" we swooped in at the 11th hour and sealed the deal with precious little time to spare.
We owe it all to Kara and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Pinehurst area.

Jewel Lawrence was our realtor and did a world-class job. We moved to the area from out of town. Ahead of our househunting trip, she searched for homes that met our criteria to get our input and refine her search. When we got here, she took an entire weekend of her time to show us almost 20 houses. When we ended up settling on a house that she hadn't showed us, she did multiple video walk-throughs and drive-by pictures to show us the progress. Kelly was recommended to me by a realtor in Raleigh, where I live. I was still raw after the recent death of my father and had to sell his house. We hit the jackpot with Kathy who helped get us into the vacation home we've been seeking for some time. It started with a simple inquiry via email to NextHome and from there onward Kathy was attentive, responsive and patient throughout the entire purchase process. We were out of state buyers familiar with the area and it was nice to have someone locally we felt comfortable trusting, although never meeting in person until post closing. We communicated via the phone, email and text which made everything very easy on our end. We recommend her for anyone looking for a home in the Southern Pines area!

Kelly impressed me with how helpful she was to me before I even gave her the listing. My property was on the MLS on 12/1 and on 12/5 and 12/6 Kelly had arranged for 10 showings. We received 6 offers. We accepted one. When that one did not work out, Kelly brought in 2 new offers. The one we accepted closed two weeks later. Kelly watched over all the home repairs on my condo using her own repair people and using companies she trusted. I felt I was in good hands during each step in the process. When it comes to The Curran Team at the NextHome in the Pines wow, where do I even start?!

The very lovely Mrs. Kelly Curran was my realtor for selling my home in the Southern Pines area. I was a little hesitant because I hadn’t lived in this particular house for too long and it felt like a bit of a gamble. So I contacted Kelly and immediately she put my mind at ease.

During our initial meeting not only did she have all applicable information for selling my home, comparable home information, a beautifully laid out book of what to expect for my home, but she also came with a positive attitude and realistic expectations.

I remember at the close of our first meeting she smiled and said “I hope your ready to move”, boy was she right! Mrs. Curran got my home sold in the first month and now we are busy looking for my next place.

My daughter and son-in-law worked with Kelly C. while I was still living in Massachusetts. I dealt directly with Stewart Thomas, another member of the Curran Team, during the period between the time I was living in Massachusetts and my move to North Carolina.
