Courtney and Carrie were so amicable and helpful in every step of the process when we began looking at homes in the area. They immediately agreed to view a home of interest with our daughters on our behalf as we weren't in the area at the time; while having us on the phone throughout the tour. They agreed to meet us again at the home at our earliest convenience for a second 'in-person' tour, providing an abundance of knowledge about the area and contacts that may be available to us once we moved. Courtney and Carrie's advice was invaluable throughout the process including a very knowledgeable lender, inspectors, and a list of contractors we could reach out to, to fulfill future adjustments we may want to make. Courtney was quick to respond to all of our many requests concerning our purchase. and details with the sellers. Courtney even provided a person to initiate establishing our utilities so all would be in place upon our move.. Overall our experience with making this large move for us was FANTASTIC and feels as if we have made life long friends between Courtney, Carrie, ourselves and our daughters through the process. Couldn't imagine working with a different agent for the purchase of our home. Courtney was responsive (even when on vacation), courteous, and professional. She made the process seem easy for us. Every thing is laid out and she basically holds your hand so you don't have to worry about anything.

10/10 Courtney was outstanding through the process of buying out first home. She would always answer our questions. She would also explain anything we needed to explained. She was excited for us during the process and work tireless to make sure we got what we wanted in out home. Would recommend her to anyone that is buying a home.

We can't say enough about Courtney. We met many years ago and she has been professional, patient, and always positive in finding the right home for us. If we had questions on a property she had the answer, and if she didn't have it, Courtney found it. As we searched for our perfect home Courtney always seemed to be making mental notes on what we liked and didn't like in a home. We felt she was always going that extra mile to find what we were looking for. In the end, Courtney did find us our perfect home.

I can’t recommend Courtney enough. My husband and I were looking to buy land and Courtney was definitely the right choice for our agent. She listened to what we wanted, even when we were being way too picky, and helped us find it! She made time for us that worked with our limited free time schedule and was always available when we had questions or concerns. She was great at explaining all the steps we needed to take, helped us ask the right questions, and made sure we understood everything. Her knowledge of the real estate business is extensive and if she didn’t have an answer, she was quick to research and get back to us. We hope this new place is our forever home, but if it’s not then Courtney will be the first one we call to buy or sell in the future!

Courtney Lampert is an outstanding, first-class realtor! Courtney walked us through every phase of having our home built in Hayden, Idaho. She was always available for us no matter what her schedule was. Our happiness was at the top of her list and she saw to it that if something wasn't right, she made it right! I knew Courtney would be the right person for the job because every time I spoke with her, you could tell she had a passion for what she does. She is very knowledgeable about the areas she sells in and has a repertoire of experts at the ready (i.e. inspectors, title companies, other agents, etc.). She was on top of everything from sending documents, being in contact with the right people, and setting up showings at a moments notice. This was my first time buying a home and I was honestly nervous. She was understanding of my concerns and talked me through everything. I would highly recommend her. She has the wisdom in this field of someone with more years in this type of work.

Courtney is very easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. We were first time home buyers and she helped make the process very smooth and kept us updated through the entire process. We did a new build so it was 8 months worth of updates and she did fantastic!

Courtney assisted us through one of the hardest home-selling experiences that a person can have; selling the family home after a loss of a loved one. Courtney showed compassion and understanding through the entire process. Courtney goes out of her way to make sure that you understand the process, are informed the entire time and she genuinely cares about the client. We went into the process thinking that it would be cumbersome but throughout the entire process Courtney was phenomenal. I will recommend Courtney to all future home owners in the CDA area.
