Polly was amazing from day one! She was very accommodating and took us to see the homes we had picked from the internet. Then, she made recommendations, and they were spot on! Polly recommended the neighborhood we purchased in. It was perfect and we are so happy with our decision. She was always quick to respond and continues to be even after the closing.
Polly prepared us for our move in every way. We came from Georgia in a house we had been in for almost 30 years. She helped us with utilities, movers, lawn care…you name it. The Post Office said we were the best prepared new residents and that was due to Polly taking such excellent care of us!
I can not recommend Polly highly enough. I would love to give her 100 stars!!!

Polly was amazing throughout our entire home buying journey. Her communication was always prompt and she was able meet us to view houses very quickly and help us with so many things. The house we got is amazing and we are thankful for Polly’s hard work and support to get us where we are.

I cannot give enough praise for how well Polly did during our home-buying process. We had to buy our home quickly and do the whole process remotely. She did a great job with our flexibility requirements and was extremely friendly. Polly was on top of every deadline and request. She went above and beyond. She viewed/pictured multiple properties for our family. She was in constant contact and quickly responded to our questions! She found us the perfect house. She was able to appreciate and add a value to all the renovations we had completed on our historical home, and recommended a listing price that brought immediate showings and a full-price offer within 72 hours.
