Kelly and Next Home are unquestionably the best. We've been working w/ Kelly for ~10 years, first with just a single rental property and now with a few spanning vacation rentals and long term rentals. Most recently, she worked w/ us through the sale of our primary residence at full ask w/ a number of unique considerations we wanted to make our transition easier. She managed it all and delivered a great result, which allowed us to sell our house and close on our next property within 5 days. Aside from being a phenomenal real estate firm, she and her team are great people; I can't say enough about Kelly and am just sad we can't take her with us to MD.

Kelly is far and away the best realtor in the area. She manages several properties for us and just sold our house in southern pines - for essentially full ask - in a matter of weeks. She’s incredibly diligent, knows the market inside and out, understands pricing completely, and she’s incredibly responsive. There’s no one else I will ever use for property management and/or buying/selling real property in any market where Kelly has a presence. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Kelly came in and gave us honest feedback...Told us that we would need to rehab the home (it was a rental for eight years) in order to get top dollar for it. We followed her advice. Once she listed it we had 12 appointments within 24 hours and 3 offers by the second day. One offer came in $5,000 above asking price!

If you are looking for a realtor who will answer every silly little question you may have, Kelly is your choice. Being a buyer from out of state posed some uniqueness to our house hunting. We were only in town for a few days at a time, and we needed to see as many houses as possible in a short time. If Kelly wasn’t available, she had another realtor work with us.
