My husband and I are first time homebuyers, we were scared and nervous to make our first BIG purchase. When looking for a realtor we noticed that Crystal Boggs was the most recommended in the area so we chose to work with her. She gave us all the resources we needed to make informed decisions and walked us trough every step of the home buying process. We had a limited amount of time to purchase a home, when we came down from out of state to find our home she was extremely knowledgeable of the area. In the 3 days we searched for a home we threw all kinds of curveballs her way.. like changing our house size all of a sudden, the price range, and dealing with a very pregnant woman and her breakdowns (me). Trough all of the challenges she was extremely patient and always ensured we made the best decisions. We were blessed to have Crystal by our side, there is no way we could have purchased a home in 3 days without her... she made the process so smooth and helped calm us down in the most stressful situations. She cares about her customers and will go the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of. Highly recommend, she is amazing at her job!

When we began our home search, Crystal name was given to us as Highly Recommended, and I fully agree! Crystal is an amazing agent. She is very professional and knowledgeable and made the home-buying process pleasant and a whole lot less stressful. We are a military family who decided to purchase our first home on the gulf coast after deciding to stay after retirement. Crystal, and her entire team at NextHome, stayed in in contact (Text, phone and e-mails) with us and kept us updated throughout our prolonged search. We had a somewhat flexible timeline, and that allowed us to look at quite a few houses over several months. Crystal was able to accommodate our requests to view homes very quickly and during times that worked for us. Additionally, knowing that we were first-time buyers, she went above and beyond to explain additional costs/etc. associated with a home purchase. As a veteran, she is also familiar with some of the ins & outs of VA financing. She was with us every step of the way and was very positive and fun to talk with. Never once did my wife or I feel that we were "just a job". Crystal was very honest and I could tell she truly cared and wanted the best for us! She was extremely patient and never pressured us to make a uninformed decision. In the end, she was able to find us a house that fit our needs, was in our budget, and maximized our VA benefits as well. I felt that Crystal and the NextHome team treated us as family and not "just another client". I would 100% work with Crystal again and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.

Crystal was there for us every step of the way. We were first time buyers and had questions about everything! She had thorough answers and never showed the slightest annoyance with us. We bought site unseen and she was very honest about every issue the house had. Even after we moved in, she is still happy to help with little questions that pop up (such as an alarm system mishap early on a Sunday morning). We absolutely adore our house and highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking to buy or sell.

A few months ago I found Crystal on Facebook after my husband received orders to Kessler. It was kind of a short turn around time so we didn’t have much time to waste. We felt that Crystal and her team really listened to what we were looking for. We have two large dogs, a daughter who will be starting school, and my mother lives with us who is disabled. They really took their time doing virtual walk throughs with us to make sure yards were a good size, helping us double check that we were in a desirable school district, making sure the doors and access into the homes would work for my mom in her wheelchair. Purchasing a home sight unseen from 1400 miles away was scary to us at first, but they really made us feel comfortable and took every step possible to cover all the bases. We closed a few weeks ago and have just spent the first week in our home. It’s even better than we could have ever imagined. We will be recommending Crystal, Bryan, and Justine to anyone looking to purchase a home. And they will for sure be our go to when it’s time for us to sell this home down the road.

Even though we didn’t get to communicate as much (we had a newborn) once we left, they made sure we were updated with the progress of a newly constructed home as much as possible.
