Where do I even start, Crystal and Bryan were essentially superheroes during my personal housing crisis. My significant other and I were in a time crunch (lease was ending, with no housing availability) and Crystal really got down to the nitty gritty and coached us through purchasing our first house without being pushy, without trying to force houses on us. Mentorship like that is hard to come by. 10/10, team was great, armed us with all the resources needed to make good decisions and purchases. Bryan is a retired active duty air force member, and they make working with current active duty members a breeze. If I were to purchase another property, I'd return for their service.

Crystal is the definition of a forever agent!! Moving as a military family presents so many obstacles and unique situations, and it is hard to know who you can trust. Knowing that Crystal was a military spouse, and highly recommended within our military community, made all the difference in the world for me. We didn't realize we wanted to purchase a home, but when the time came, our choice for an agent was a no brainer! Our transition to the Gulf Coast was a challenge, but Crystal had our back from the very beginning. When it was time for us to relocate again, Crystal was my go-to for selling our home. Being that it was our first time buying and selling, I had no real clue just how much Crystal spoils her clients with her level of genuine care and concern. Simply put, other agents we've worked with have paled in comparison. My only disappointment is that we had to PCS to another state, and I couldn't take her with me! I'd choose Crystal over and over again, with zero hesitation.

Crystal has been by far the absolute best buying agent I have never heard of. I mean that by I have never heard of an agent who is anywhere as good as she is. She was committed to the process from beginning to end. We weren’t the easiest people to work with but she had no problems being there for us from top to bottom. I can only hope other agents try to be anywhere near how caring and thoughtful Crystal is throughout the entire process from the first call to closing. She really is the best agent on the coast (possibly anywhere)!

One of the very beneficial services was having her Stager Chris come out and stage our house for us. Since we were selling the house remotely Crystal, Sarah, and Bryan made sure all was well, and frequently checked on the house for us. They made us feel very comfortable leaving our house in their hands. Crystal responded to texts and e-mails immediately. Our sale and closing went incredibly quickly, and smoothly. Crystal was fantastic to work with. Shopping for a new home was a bit stressful, especially it being our first time. But Crystal provided invaluable input and was always readily available. She made house hunting fun. We were residing out of state so she went to see MANY homes for us during the process. When we finally got to Mississippi to scout things out she took such great care of us. Her husband Bryan was awesome too—a great team! It was not easy for me to let go of my beautiful home of 26 years as I started the process of downsizing for retirement but Crystal made the process as painless as possible.
