Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is so knowledgeable and knows the area so well! We started working with her 2 years ago when we thought we wanted to custom build and were looking for lots. She listened to our needs and showed us several lots. Then we thought about buying an existing home. We lived in another state and had no problems doing FaceTime tours with us. We finally decided to build with a builder in a new community. Michelle was with us every step of the way even towards the end when we were having issues with an appraiser and lender. I couldn't recommend Michelle more!!

Me and my wife have enjoyed working with Michelle. She really is a good person, and even a great realtor. Someone easy to talk to. She has been in the Carolina’s since 2006. She really knows her stuff and the surrounding areas. When I have any questions about a property she is right on top of things. She has a wealth of knowledge, and a lot of good resources and connections for everything related to buying a house. Michelle was absolutely FABULOUS! I started looking for my forever home in August of 2023. Michelle was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. She found several lovely homes to look at based on my criteria. We scoured Catawba and Lincolnton counties hoping to find a home between my adult children's houses. I lived out of state so when I went back to California she kept in touch, including sending updates. My last day in the area in May 2024, MIchelle, took me to the home of my dreams. BUT the story doesn't stop there. Escrow had it's bumps, twists and turns. Still she stood by us answering our many questions, she was always available. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle. We had first met Michelle we had gone through five other realtors with much frustration. She was patient with what we were looking for and was willing to do what it took to find us what we needed. She always hustled and had a positive attitude. And every home we looked at she was on top of making sure we had a chance to see it.
