When we decided to make the move to the Lake Norman area my wife was apprehensive, she had never even visited North Carolina and was taking a leap of faith with me on it. She started to call realtors to get some input on the area and what was available to buy or build on and luckily she found Michelle. They spent a lot of time on the phone, at times in the evening after hours, before we even crossed state lines. Needless to say she met with us immediately after we got settled in our rental and showed us many homes, taking the time to tell us pros and cons of the location, the setting, price point etc. In the end we settled on building a brand new home and couldn't be happier and thank Michelle for guiding us along the way.
