We are in the process of relocating back to Texas from North Carolina and selected Amy based on online reviews and feedback. She met with us via telephone to understand our needs and set-up a meeting to view properties.

We were able to purchase our property during our three-day visit! While we were in her office, Amy also recommended a rental property in Tyler, while our home is under construction. Amy did the research, and we were able to secure the rental as well.

But Amy goes beyond just the essentials for getting the house purchased. She has helped us learn about our new city by making recommendations for a variety of needs. We work and live 4 hours away, so trying to find the perfect house for us long distance was a challenge. Amy devoted lots of days and several weekends to show us properties that she had arranged for us to see. After finding the home, she worked to have several updates completed before we moved here. She was able to negotiate with our seller in our absence, and we even closed on the property through a mobile service that came to us! Amy’s service was second to none. During my lifetime I have bought and sold many, many homes. Each task comes with its unique set of problems.

Having someone like Amy Egana to help solve problems is worth more that even the house. Finding a home is a bigger challange than finding a house. Just about anyone can drive you around (especially important when new to the area) and show you houses.

It takes a unique person to hear you, learn your needs and then help you find a home. For me, this was a several month process, coming to Tyler every four weeks to look for the "right" home.

Amy was always prepared and could not have been more helpful in making the search a pleasant experience rather than a brutal burden.
