My husband and I were looking into building out first home. One day I was browsing on instagram and came across Jamars page and reached out to him. Working with Jamar has truly been a pleasure. He is very involved from the initial appointment with the sales rep to the end with closing on our home. Jamar goes above and beyond to attend the homesite throughout the process with frequent updates. Jamar is personable, professional and prompt with communication which can be hard to find nowadays with some realtors. If your looking for a realtor with new build experience Jamar is your person. I cannot recommend him enough.

This was my first time purchasing a home and Jamar made it easy through out the entire process. For me personally, this was incredibly stressful and anytime I had questions or concerns he was there to answer them even at weird times of the day or night!! His customer service skills are top notch he was always polite as well as honest and ready to meet at properties early in the morning or later in the evening. At the end, I feel like we had his support throughout the entire process of becoming homeowners. He has a lot of knowledge about what he does and it shows. I cannot recommend him enough. If and when my husband and I are ready to upgrade we will absolutely be going to Jamar again!

Whether you are buying or selling and you are looking to find an EXCEPTIONAL real state agent, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN JAMAR ALLS! He has been by my side 24/7 looking for a house that fits my needs for a year in a half. With this being a CRAZY SELLER'S MARKET, he has done an OUTSTANDING JOB! Especially with trying to buy a RANCH that fits with my needs/wants and also the price range that I was looking to stay in. Jamar always texted me when a house hit the MLS to see if it was an interest of mine. He also had over a 45 minute drive because of the area I wanted to live. He did not mind driving that far but I did and was irritated as we all know that sometimes pictures aren't exactly what you end up seeing in person. That was the biggest issue I had with listings because he was always willing to drive at a moments notice to see if it was an option. Then you get there and the pictures are edited to make the home look more appealing. I felt bad and thought it was a waste of time; however Jamar did not mind at all because it could have been the one!
He always has a positive attitude, looked out for my best interest and said we needed to be patient because of all my stipulations which were many. He has a way to express that we will find it, it just a seller's market and most are looking at the same price range. He is a GO GETTER and gives ALL his clients The White Glove Service whether you are buy new, selling or finding an existing home. I can't express the gratitude I have for him.
