My husband and I were looking into building out first home. One day I was browsing on instagram and came across Jamars page and reached out to him. Working with Jamar has truly been a pleasure. He is very involved from the initial appointment with the sales rep to the end with closing on our home. Jamar goes above and beyond to attend the homesite throughout the process with frequent updates. Jamar is personable, professional and prompt with communication which can be hard to find nowadays with some realtors. If your looking for a realtor with new build experience Jamar is your person. This was my first time purchasing a home and Jamar made it easy through out the entire process. For me personally, this was incredibly stressful and anytime I had questions or concerns he was there to answer them even at weird times of the day or night!! His customer service skills are top notch he was always polite as well as honest and ready to meet at properties early in the morning or later in the evening. At the end, I feel like we had his support throughout the entire process of becoming homeowners. He has a lot of knowledge about what he does and it shows. I cannot recommend him enough. If and when my husband and I are ready to upgrade we will absolutely be going to Jamar again!
