I would highly recommend Eleni! This housing market is crazy and she helped me with the whole process. We looked at a lot of houses in my search and when I finally found one, she went the extra mile to make sure things were done in order to get us to closing.

Eleni is not an average realtor....she is stellar!!! She did all things possible for me to buy my house but then, when life falls apart. Eleni made it less painful to sell my beloved home. She took the extra steps to make selling my home more bearable. She is exactly who I will chose whenever I recommend or need a realtor ever again

From our very first call, right up to the signing of the paperwork Elani was everything we needed as first-time homebuyers, and more. She took the time to get to know us, understand our needs, and work with our budget. I can't tell you the times we would have a concern. a problem, a question, an idea and Elani was always a quick text or call away, and she understood everything we were going through, ready with a steady gentle hand and understanding heart she had all the answers. On top of all of that, she also was out hustling to get us in to see the best houses in an extremely fast paced market, had all the connections to contractors, inspectors, and other people we needed to talk to. Overall, there just aren't enough stars on this page to express the appreciation we have for Elani.

Eleni is phenomenal at her job. Some realtors make you feel pressured or overwhelmed with the home buying experience. Eleni is not one of those realtors. When I first contacted Eleni, I wasn't sure when we'd be listing our house. We were moving cross-country and were having a hard time finding our new home. Eleni was immediately helpful by coming to give us an assessment of our house and suggestions for some quick updates.

Suddenly our offer was accepted on our new home, and things were happening very fast! Eleni was excellent in her availability and communication. She scheduled professional photos to be taken and went above and beyond to capture those perfect shots! She was very savvy in pricing our house, and we immediately had an offer well over asking.

We love-love-LOVED Eleni!

As first-time Homebuyers (during a pandemic), we had a lot on our minds.... You know, it's a big deal. Eleni was there every step of the way, to answer every. single. question. Escrow? What's that? Now we know!

She was very patient with us as we toured some ridiculous houses, but it wasn't all in vain. She showed us what to look out for, good AND bad.

Eleni was exactly the person we needed, she was someone you want. Honest.
