I'm not great at doing reviews but I felt this was needed. Hunter did a great job. He was incredibly professional, sweet, attentive, hard working and made sure we were happy and had all our needs met the entire home buying process. The process itself is very stressful but he made it easier.

This was our first time selling a house and Hunter was great. He came and looked at the house and knew everything we needed to do to get a sale. We had previously had tried for sale by owner for almost a year with no success. Hunter sold our house within 3 months! There was a couple of issues with the house that I didn't even realize was turning people away. Hunter took care of them with no problem and the house looked great! He was easy to work with and went beyond the normal 8-5 work day. He was basically available 24/7.

Hunter was very helpful in finding my wife and I a piece of land that we had been looking for. We had a list of properties we wanted to look at and he took us out to each one. He had to load and unload his Utv several times that day. After not finding what we were looking for Hunter made a list for us to look at. On our second trip out we found the perfect property in the rain. He was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. He was able to get us a great deal on the property and we closed in under 30 days. After closing Hunter took the time to get me in contact with several contractors that I was needing. I wish we could have found him earlier. My wife and I highly recommend Hunter Smith.
