I highly recommend Karen Hammonds as a realtor. She handled a very complex and tedious property purchase for us with professionalism and consistency from start to finish. The transaction involved multiple moving parts, including detailed coordination and extra steps that could have easily slowed things down, but she stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving forward. She communicated clearly, answered questions in a timely manner, and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage. We were first time home buyers moving from out of state. We came for a visit and we reached out to be shown a handful of homes within a very short time period. Hannah is such a kind and courteous agent, and really cares about what she does and who she does it for. She is very knowledgeable of the home buying process, and offers a lot of support without having to ask for it! We found her on Zillow, and couldn’t be happier with the support she provided us from when we met her through closing day. We toured a first home with her on June 1, and closed on a different home that we chose on July 2. There are many things that can impact how fast closing will happen, but Hannah & team did everything they could to keep things rolling quickly. Thank you, Hannah!
