I highly recommend Karen Hammonds as a realtor. She handled a very complex and tedious property purchase for us with professionalism and consistency from start to finish. The transaction involved multiple moving parts, including detailed coordination and extra steps that could have easily slowed things down, but she stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving forward. She communicated clearly, answered questions in a timely manner, and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage.
