I highly recommend Kandie Walker as a professional real estate agent. It was a pleasure to work with someone who I felt was on my side working to benefit my needs as a buyer's agent. I say this because I've worked with seller's agents in the past who I felt were not on my side, who were more interested in a quick sale than helping me to get me the best price for my property. I connected with Kandie while searching for my dream property. My daughter had chatted with her while we were preparing for our road trip to look at quite a few properties. Kandie was fabulous! She helped us with all the information on the properties we had picked, which helped us to weed some out, as well as with communicating with those realtors along the way. Kandie’s communication was spot on and so positive and bright! Once we found the perfect one Kandie guided me through the process expertly and quickly. I was so excited and Kandie was excited for me as well. It wasn’t just a “job”, she truly was happy and invested in helping my dream come true. Kandie was very transparent and helped us out well. She stayed on top of things and handled it all as if she was buying the house for her self. We started the process back in October and a deal fell through but she kept checking in to see when we were ready again and when we were, she was ready to go for us.

When I began searching for a new place to live I went to Zillow. Zillow asked if I would like a realtor to contact me. I was skeptical, not choosing on my own. Kandie called me.
