Kandie is amazing! Every single question we had was answered in minutes. She always answered her phone and texted back quickly. She even went out of her way to take us back to look at the house, after our offer was accepted, so our kids could see our new home. We closed on our dream home in 22 days, and she got everything we asked for in the closing. She is very professional and not afraid to go to bat for her clients. Kandie would be my first recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.

We used Jeremy Hawkins to list our land. Due to Covid, a fluctuating market and unsure buyers, the sale of the land was delayed for a substantial amount of time. Kandie was very transparent and helped us out well. She stayed on top of things and handled it all as if she was buying the house for her self. We started the process back in October and a deal fell through but she kept checking in to see when we were ready again and when we were, she was ready to go for us.
