Tara assisted my spouse and I in the purchase of our 1st home. The process could not have been any smoother. Tara was always available to answer questions and allow us to view homes that we were interested in. My spouse and I have nontraditional schedules, so to have someone like Tara who was always willing to make our schedule work was such a blessing. I cannot sing her praises enough! Highly, highly recommend Tara!
We were first time, out-of-town buyers with no knowledge of South Carolina. Tara recommended certain areas for us that she thought would be a good fit. She went out to multiple houses to facetime us until we felt we found the right one! We ended up buying a new build, sight unseen, that was being built right up until we got there. Tara drove to our house EVERY week for multiple months to facetime us. If we weren't able to facetime, she would still go to the house to check how things were going, any issues she saw, etc. and send pictures. Tara was apart of every meeting we had with the builders and the mortgage company incase we needed any help. When we actually arrived and did our first walkthrough, Tara pointed out things we would have never caught. She stayed for 2.5 hours helping us blue tape anything that needed to be fixed. She asked questions to the builder so we would have knowledge for the future on any issues. She is so knowledgeable and detail oriented. It's also apparent she truly cares about you and your best interest above all else. We are actually sad we're finished working with her, but would only trust her to sell our house in the future. We can't thank her enough and literally couldn't have done this without her!

This was our first time buying and we could not have been happier to have Tara as a realtor! We moved from across the country and never got to see the house in person until closing week but Tara made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. She did weekly FaceTimes, set up all meetings, and brought any issues to the seller directly. Tara was paramount during the pre-closing inspection and closing week itself! She treated us like family and we can not recommend her enough for any real estate venture!

From the time we decided to move back to the area until the time we closed was nearly a year. During that time, Tara was there for us every step of the way. When we decided to go with a new build (and we were still living out of the area) Tara made weekly visits (sometimes twice weekly) to the house, sending us pictures and videos, and helping us negotiate customizations with the builder. I was grateful for her thoughtful and honest feedback when we did multiple walk throughs prior to close and so appreciated her attention to detail and guidance with navigating the build and the purchase!

Tara was AWESOME at helping my fiancé and I find our first home! The first night we called her she stepped out of a family member’s dinner to speak to us for the first time. On several occasions Tara spoke with us in the wee hours of the morning if we discovered a new listing. That says everything in itself!
