I have had my real estate license since 1972 and have 40 years experience in national commercial real estate. Stewart stands out over that extensive period. The purchase was remote and I had to depend on him during the entire process (first time actually in Pinehurst was after I bought the house) and he was informative, detailed, responsive and knowledgeable. Plus he is a nice guy. I have no hesitancy at all recommending Stewart and if I made a house purchase without seeing the house in person and was happy, my guess is if you are actually in town you will be even more impressed.

Stewart was, in every way, helpful and courteous. While listening to our desires and concerns, he steered us in the right direction with accurate information and good advice. He gave us good counsel concerning the value of our property, got all of the details necessary to getting our condo on the market done quickly and professionally, and checked in with us for our approval every step of the way. There was never a point where we felt uninformed or pressured to do something we didn't want to. Once our condo was listed, there was hardly a moment, because showings and offers were so numerous so quickly, that he was not calling to inform us of what was going on. More significant than any of the other positive elements of our experience with Stewart was the sense that he was representing us rather than simply trying to drive a sale to get to a closing and commission. He negotiated the commission to our advantage and never hesitated to ask questions or negotiate any element of our deal. He also moved the process along quickly after we had accepted an offer by getting the necessary people out to meet the demands of the buyer. Not only will we recommend Stewart to others when the opportunity arises, but we will be calling on him again the next time we're ready to purchase property. We trust both his understanding of the local real estate market and his commitment to representing our interests.

Stewart was wonderful to work with, beginning to end! We looked for almost a year before we found the right property and he was incredibly patient with us throughout that long time. Once we found it, he walked us through the process step by step, answering all of our questions and addressing the many scenarios we thought could come up thoroughly. Our closing was complicated and there were several issues with the house, but Stewart handled all of them with patience and very clear, prompt communication with us. He was always easy to get ahold of and responsive to our needs and questions. Honestly, I would be thrilled to go through this stressful process with him again, he made it easy and we are so happy with our new farm!! I would recommend him to my closest friends!

Stewart was our realtor in July 2020 and we will never be able to say enough great things about him and his expertise in real estate. Stewart was super helpful as we are moving from out of state and came down to few houses for a weekend. He provided multiple options prior to our visit and then helped us to reduce our number down to make the selections more reasonable. After choosing a house, Stewart guided us to make a sound decision on our purchase without any pressure. He was friendly, professional, and intelligent. He also is very responsive via email, text and phone call. The entire process went very smooth for being out of state. He was also very helpful due to the COVID pandemic occurring right as we were putting an offer on the house and he was continually checking on us and our safety. Stewart is very patient, has a wonderful personality, and is extremely polite and professional. He is highly knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations based upon my personal needs. Extremely professional and responsive! Stewart represented us over a 9 month period, preparing our home for sale and then managing it on the market for 7 months. It was a difficult home to sell because of it's size and price, as well as various issues with several systems (plumbing, electric, etc). Every time an issue arrived, Stewart had options and diligently worked to resolve them. He works hard to market your house (held three open house events for us) and treats your home sale as if he is selling his own home! We've owned the home for 16 years and this is the third time it went on the market for sale in that time. Stewart delivered when others could not. He also did this independently, as we're in the military and not currently living in the state. We never set foot on the property in that 9 months, Stewart did it all! If you're serious about selling your home, you will not find a better realtor. We interviewed several and were extremely happy that we chose Stewart!
