Tina was a lifesaver from the get go! I had not planned on selling the property until my last visit to see how it had been neglected. Tina provided and managed all support issues from lawn care to trash removal and cleanup. I had had the property appraised prior to contacting Tina and we set the price there. Tina had a customer and offer within 48 hours of listing. When there was a snag, Tina had a solution in her pocket before she called me. She was wonderful.
