Such a great realtor! She is very personable and wonderful at her job. We had her assistance when we moved to Camp Lejeune and when we left. Both experiences were flawless and timely. There is no one else I would recommend if you want your home buying/selling experience done right!

My husband and I had such a great experience with our Real Estate Agent Karen Stewart! She not only helped us find a home spur of the moment, but she made sure we understood everything about the process along the way, she went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible for us~~and she sure did!
Karen also made sure we knew a little about the city we were moving to since we were from out of state, and she made our little bo feel 100 % included in this whole huge change for us.
We have recommended Karen to others already, and are using her again in another Real Estate transaction currently!
Highly recommend this agent in Real Estate for others as she is knowledgeable, strives to find out more about what works for you personally & financially.

Karan Stewart and her associates of Next Home are very professional realtors and agents. Our corporation acquired 62 properties in Jacksonville NC using many different realtors. Next Home has been the best company we ever have had the pleasure of working with. I can't say enough about the ease and thoroughness of the whole process. Keran and her associates were there on point ever steep of the way with updates, follow ups, feedback staging the house and professional consulting to get the best sale price for us. Our house was on the market for less than a week with us receiving eight offers. we ended up getting 8.1% increase over our asking price dur to Karan's marketing and knowledge of the market. From start to finish it has been an honor and pleasure to work with Karan and her team. we live a few counties from Jacksonville, so Karan arranged the closing with an attorney who keep care of a problem with the deed, and we didn't even have to be there for the closing. We would highly recommend Karan and her team for any of your property transactions.

I have bought and sold nine homes during my lifetime and Karen is, by far, one of the best real estate broker/agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was very diligent and engaged in in all phases of finding a house that suited our needs and that wasn't easy, given the fact that I lived in Virginia and was trying to find a home in North Carolina. I would recommend Karen to anyone either purchasing or selling a home because she is that good.

The process of starting a new job while house hunting at the same time was a extremely stressful time. I contacted several realtors but once I was able to speak with Karen I knew she understood the stress that comes with buying a home in the military. She was extremely dedicated to helping us find a home, and with the housing market like it is, we needed someone like Karen in our corner. She toured homes for us while we were out of town and was able to give us clear information about the whole process. We were even able to move in before closing making the move that much easier. Any marine looking to buy a home in the Jacksonville area should look at Next Home realty first! Karen is without doubt… the best!

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. We have had Karen as our agent for about 2 years. When we were trying to buy our first house and it fell through, she kept us updated and kept in touch until we were finally ready again, which was almost 2 years later. Throughout the buying process she was transparent, supportive, knowledgeable, and treated my family like her own family. If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your home-buying goals, then you have found your agent.

To describe the service provided by Karen Stewart, first I will have to mention “Watching the Wheels” song by John Lennon. At the end, I hope to be able to tie the service provided by Karen to that song. To begin with, I was referred to Karen by an acquaintance in Jacksonville, NC and based on his expressed satisfaction on the service received when he purchased a new place to live, I did not hesitate to call Karen to put our property up for sale. However, in the back of my mind I always thought that once you meet a Real Estate Agent, there is no need to think that the next one you meet will be any different. How wrong was I!!! Upon meeting Karen all my thoughts changed for the best. She came in rolling like a “Wheel” and never stopped rolling until the job was done. Although we live in a different State than where the property was sold, our communication with Karen or her staff was seamless regardless of type, (Phone Calls, Text Messages, Emails). Given the type of property we had put for sale, many times we found ourselves lost and confused and when we saw problems, Karen saw solutions. I will not hesitate to reach out to Karen again to sell or buy a property in Jacksonville, NC if need be. As for John Lennon’s song, I got to see the “Wheels” turned from the distance with “A Great and Positive Outcome” Thank You Karen....

And kudos to John Lennon!!!!!

My 3 kids and I closed on our house yesterday and throughout the whole process Karen was great!!! She was amazing. When I was stressed out thinking something wasnt going to go right, She was always right there to reassure me no matter what time it was. While it was stressful to me as a first one home buyer she definitely made the process flow smoothly from beginning to end!! 10/10 I definitely recommend!!!!
