I don't even know where to start. Kayla is a phenomenal agent and I would absolutely recommend her to represent anyone buying or selling their home. We had a home to sell in Indiana while working with her to purchase a Florida home.
She kept us on track and was one step ahead of our every question. With her exceptional organizational skills, Kayla did all the work for us on this end while we were dealing with our sale in Indiana. Six out of five stars for Kayla!

Kayla Lamb has shown to be an amazing realtor and am so happy that my husband and I were able to work with her. She handled the sale of our villa in Sarasota with ease, humor and raw grit!
At one point, she was staging the inside master with new curtains, and the next creating an outside oasis for any potential buyer by installing a sod and pea rock patio.
She was able to create a bidding war for us and we settled on a price that all parties were pleased!
I highly recommend her to anyone. She is currently in search for a larger villa for us in Sarasota. I am confident that she will find us the perfect one.

Kayak is hard working and goes over and beyond to ensure all aspects of the transaction were completed. She offered a variety of services and she personally stepped up to meet with Sarasota County Officials in a successful effort to close open building permits on behalf of the elderly seller. Kayla is a delight to be around and she was focused on finding the right home for us. Her professionalism is unmatched and we’re pleased that she is now listing our current home for sale.
