Doreen and her daughter And partner Shelby made a stressful time an utterly enjoyable transition. They both worked diligently to find me the perfect house and came through within 4 days. These women work tirelessly to ensure the buyers happiness. Additionally, they work ferociously checking the comps, facts and figures. They even arranged the multiple inspections and ensured their completion within the allotted time frame. Not only are Doreen and Shelby excellent realtors, more importantly they are both honest and beautiful women. I recommend them to EVERYONE! What was supposed to be a business transaction evolved into a lifelong friendship. These women are outstanding!!!!

Our experience with Doreen couldn’t have been any better. She worked with us through every step of the process, pre-approval through closing. She was professional, insightful, always available, and really made us feel like she was on our side throughout the process. Her daughter, Shelby, also was a part of the process and was fantastic as well. I really can’t imagine a better experience when it comes to buying a home. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I were looking for our first home and I requested a showing of a home. Doreen called me within minutes of my request and what could’ve been a 2 minute business, Doreen created a trusting bond that helped us from start to finish. Going into this process, my fiancé and I were a bit overwhelmed. Not knowing much about the real estate world, especially in todays state can be intimidating. Doreen made sure that we felt comfortable with every aspect of our future home.
The first home we visited unfortunately turned out to be a nightmare and rather than trying to show us the positives so she could make a quick sale, she walked us out and had an hour conversation with us about the market and what we should be looking for and how to best suit our needs. This was at 6pm. When we were driving home, we knew Doreen was one of a kind. She didn’t want to get us in a home and move to the next buyer just to collect commission. She wanted us HAPPY and in the society we live in, that is a characteristic that is hard to come by.
The next home we went to was it. We knew basically when we walked out. And Doreen could tell. Then the real process began. As first time home buyers you find out just how many people are involved and all the necessary items you need to present. Doreen had a close contact for all of them and everyone she recommended was excellent. From home inspections to repair addendums, to things that weren’t even related (lending a helping hand in searching for a new car mechanic) Doreen never hesitated to assist our dream home become ours. As with all things in life bumps in the road are to be expected. But it’s how you handle those bumps and with Doreen by our side we barely felt them.
Doreen has a passion for helping people find their future and if you are in the market for an agent, we recommend stop looking because Doreen is the best out there.

Doreen and Shelby are absolutely amazing to work with. We were moving from NJ to South Carolina and being so far away was hard while the house was being built. Shelby and Doreen continuously were on top of everything, making sure it was getting done and on track. They would even go check on the property as it was being built and sent us videos and pictures since we could not be there. They were also in continuous contact with the builders and mortgage company as needed. They made this difficult move so smooth that I am so thankful and grateful to have them as our realtors. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy and my goodness we are so thrilled that everything went according to plan! I highly recommend Doreen and Shelby if you are selling or buying a home. They will make your transition smooth and stress free. They are also wonderful people who know their stuff! :) Thank you Doreen and Shelby for everything and being apart of the next chapter in our life! When I decided to buy a house in Columbia SC I called Doreen Miller. Doreen worked tirelessly to find the right house for me. Other realtors may have given up-Not Doreen-who kept pounding the curb and found the right house she did. When I decided to sell who did I call-Doreen Miller. I knew Doreen would find the best buyer with the best price and she did just that. If I decide to buy another house who will I call-Doreen Miller.

Very Professional & Personable making interactions and discussions a real joy in spite of the stressfulness of looking for a house. Truly listen to our needs & wants and helped us find the exact kind of house we were looking for to perfection. Once we found that house she helped us make the ideal offer in this insane competitive market which resulted in us winning the bid war. Moreover, after the offer was accepted Doreen continued to safe guard our interests thru the 10 day inspection phase and was able to negotiate a serious concession from the sellers on the HVAC system.
