Having just closed on a property in Florida with which we are very happy, and having worked with Lisa Stratton to find this property, I could not imagine finding a better realtor than she was for us! She was working alongside us at every step of the way, responding promptly to every question we had, anticipating what we would need to know and look out for and guiding us through the process. After considering the possibilities and modifying our search as we sifted through the many listings she provided, we gradually eliminated what we didn’t want and were able to define our ideal property. She found properties that closely matched our ideal and alerted us as they came on the market. We missed two because we did not respond to her alerts quickly enough. But when one of them came back on in a matter of days, she and we acted quickly. She was on top of every aspect of this process. Again, there was another buyer competing for the property. She knew the market and exactly what we should offer. She pursued it and helped us negotiate the best price and terms without losing it. We were out of state, so she did video walk throughs with us. She anticipated all the paperwork and requirements and helped us navigate the process. With her help, everything was accomplished quickly and very smoothly! She also has access to various contractors to help with any repairs and upgrades. We highly recommend using Lisa Stratton as your realtor, whether selling, purchasing, or renting. You will be so happy you did!

Lisa did a great job of understanding the property I was looking for. She continued to present me with properties that met my criteria. We then looked at properties. She always was in time to view the properties. She had them all lined up with times to show.

When I wanted to present an offer, she did a good job of communicating with the Seller and me to come to a settled price.

I was able to purchase a very nice property with her help.

I would recommend her to anyone.

Lisa is amazing! We were introduced to her after she helped my in-laws with buying/selling a few other homes. We could tell right off the bat that she has a knack for getting a feel for what our needs/wants were and she was able to identify so many homes that met our specifications. She was never pushy and could sense if it was not something we liked. She was available anytime day and night. She was always willing to move her schedule around to work with us. She was well prepared for every house we walked through. She is quick with response time via text, phone and email. She has surrounded herself by A+ ancillary services including her usual home inspector, her insurance agent recommendations, etc. Everything was so smooth with Lisa leading the way. Highly recommend!

Lisa was the only bright spot in our recent purchasing experience of a new townhouse being built. For over a year she was readily available to assist us with all the planning and details. She was a true advocate to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was a long and stressful process but she handled it with professionalism and a great attitude. I would not hesitate to hire her or recommend her to anyone.

Lisa Stratton was by far the best realtor I have ever used. She went above and beyond for me becoming a resident new to Florida. I highly recommend Lisa for your home selling or buying needs. She was there for me every step of the way and went above and beyond my expectations. Since I am from out of state and was in Florida for a very short period of time to settle my mother's estate, Lisa was able to get the house on the market very quickly and to my amazement sold within a few days. It's rare to find someone that you can truly trust.

Right from the start Lisa's professionalism and work ethic was outstanding. Within days we had multiple offers over asking price. From there she executed closing the sale and kept in contact the entire way. Honestly the best selling experience I have ever had!

We met Lisa through a friend and instantly knew she was the realtor for us. She is all about you and what you want(she has great advice too)! My mom recently passed away and sadly I was selling her house. Lisa took the reigns and held my hand through the entire process. She is incredibly easy to talk to and addresses all of your questions. She also has great contacts for a Title co. and a mortgage lender as I will be selling another home and purchasing another in the near future. 🤩

Lisa is such a joy to work with. She helped us so much in buying our new home. She worked relentlessly with the builder and got us several concessions on the purchase that we were not expecting. Our situation I was certainly not an easy one but she did not give up until we were happily moved into our new home. Lisa did an amazing job of helping my husband and I find and buy our first house! We had a small list of "must haves" and an idea of where we wanted to be. She found us a few great homes to look at and did an incredible job of getting us to close quickly based on our timeline. We had 7 weeks to find a house and close, and Lisa got it done in 6! We knew nothing about buying a house and Lisa made us feel knowledgeable and comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend working with Lisa to any friend of mine.
