My wife and I were introduced to Rick during our first visit to Hot Springs Village. Rick and his wife were the first people that we met in HSV and they immediately made us feel welcome. We worked with Rick to find and purchase a lot for a future home. Rick is extremely knowledgeable about HSV and was super helpful in finding the perfect lot for us. He really helped us figure out what areas and lot type we really wanted. I highly recommend working with Rick.

I would highly recommend using Rick Ketchum as your realtor if you are moving to Arkansas!

As you know, moving from one state to another and then buying a home in that new state can be very challenging. The requirements and process can vary widely. However, Rick was very patient and was always there to answer my questions.

In addition, he went above and beyond the call of duty in doing those special little things to make it easier. He made sure all the “I’s” were dotted and the “T’s” were crossed throughout the entire process.

On the weekends that my wife and I were able to make it to Hot Springs to look at various homes, he was always more than willing to show us around the community and to make us feel very welcomed.

If you’re looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile, be an advocate for you, and make the distance home buying process much easier, then Rick is your man! He didn’t stop until he found us the home of our dreams at a price we could afford.

Rich Ketchum did a wonderful job selling my property in the Village. He was professional in every way. Rich was very competent, thorough in getting to know the property he was to sell and followed through on all details, especially in the advertising sector. Rich had the listing for a very short time and the property sold. My property was on the market for quite some time with another realtor and received little or no interest. I was looking for a home while living/selling my last home from out of state. Normally, this would seem to be a logistical nightmare, but I never felt that way with Rick. He understood what I was looking for in a new home and even checked out the houses himself before scheduling virtual showings with me. He also coordinated with my selling agent so that everyone knew what was going on at all times. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently made a trip to HSV in search of a lot to purchase. We plan on building a custom home we can retire to. We left our info on Realtor. Com and Rick and only Rick responded. We could not of found a better qualified Realtor who understood what we were looking for. Very friendly and professional he provided us with a variety of listings and actually led us to the various sites. The search lasted for several days and he was available every step of the way. On our last day we were becoming discouraged yet we found the perfect golf front property that was a bit pricey. Rick negotiated a deal that saved us a huge amount.
