I am very appreciative of Kelly Wilburn ! She truly cares for me, my future and will do the same for all her clients . She was very prompt to contact me about what to complete next ,how things were progressing and went out of her way to make everything go smoothly . I feel I had an angel beside me before and after the sale of my condo and the purchase and move to my townhome in another town . Kelly works great with other agents and all people . I legitimately can't say enough about these guys. I mainly worked with Kelly, and I swear to you she was some kind of gift. I was in a horrible roommate situation and had been trying to get my ducks in a row to finally buy my own home; then good ole coronavirus came along. Everything was on lockdown, so I was stuck...waiting for the ban to be lifted so we could pounce. Well, with my wonderful mother by my side every step of the way, we found out immediately we weren't the only people waiting to pounce. If I remember correctly the first place we looked at got sold later that afternoon. Thought it was a fluke as I was just getting my feet wet; however, It only got worse from there over the next couple days. The next three or four were sold in a matter of hours. HOURS from when SHE got the listing (generally they get the listings before they're released to real estate websites and the general public). These weren't even making it online yet. I wanted a certain area on Johns Island and apparently all the sudden every one else did too. Kelly is so unbelievably sweet, understanding, and helpful; but let me tell you that girl switched into shark mode faster than I could blink. She didn't try tactics like to subtly suggest a slightly different location to me, or to change the things I found important in my new home. She knew what I wanted and she was sure as heck going to get it as quickly as possible to get me out of my living situation. I think it ended up being only like 2 weeks. The next one that came available she was not even going to let anyone else look at before me! Sure enough, we had a winner:) She didn't stop there. Kelly went so far above and beyond to help walk us through the process, which she also helped expedite. She answered any little questions with such thought and care I sincerely started to feel like she was my sister, looking out for me every way she could. She even some how found fantastic movers on short notice to get me out of my old place and moved in asap. I honestly don't know how she managed to pull off half the stuff she did, but I feel so unbelievably lucky and grateful for her. On a scale from 1 to 10 she gets like a 39. She's just absolutely amazing. Haha i think my mother started to look at her like an adopted daughter because of her genuineness and helpfulness:) Thank you so sooo much again Kelly; you have no idea how adored you are!!! ???
