I cannot recommend Team HartBurn enough! I reached out to Kelly when I had to sell my childhood home after losing both parents. Both Kelly and Jim were there for me every step of the way to make sure I got top dollar for the property but more importantly, they were more than just my realtor as they were friends and sensitive to the emotions behind selling the home my parents’ built over 50 years. Jim and Kelly are a great team. They back each other up as needed. Jim is easy going and a great coach during the process. He is clear on when to react and what options are available during the process. He can handle agents who try to bully through the stages and still be effective. He normally was available at every call or text and if not advised when he could get back to me.

We’ve worked with Kelly twice, both times she exceeded our expectations. On a scale of 1-5 Kelly is a 10+ (yes she’s that good!). Our primary home is in another state so we needed information about the Summerville/Charleston area. Kelly is knowledgeable with the area, very responsive to our calls, texts and emails, and prompt with our appointments. We told her what we were looking for in a new home, she found listings we were interested in, scheduled and showed us each one, and answered all questions we had about the home, utilities, and HOA’s. Late in the evening on the night before we were scheduled to leave for home to make our decision, we decided we would be interested in looking at homes with a different criteria, we contacted Kelly to see if it would be possible to look at a couple more places with only a few hours notice before we left. She immediately went to work to schedule showings for the home and appointments with the office of the community we were interested in. After deciding on the home we wanted Kelly helped us with scheduling the home inspection and closing through email. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelly, you won’t find a better realtor.
