Robin did a great job for us from the start to the finish of our home selling experience. She explained every step of the process clearly and kept us up to date on inspections and all of the showings of the house by her or other realtors. When the buyer's inspector identified that the deck needed to be refurbished, she coordinated with the contractors to procure the necessary repairs. Much of this process took place while we were out of state but through electronic document sharing and signing we were able to complete everything in a timely manner. I would recommend Robin Martino to any prospective seller or buyer for that matter because I am certain she will work hard to represent your interests.

Robin sold our house for us back in 2016 when she was a young(er) up and coming realtor. She did a fine job back then. You can still find my review here. Now we're back, and Robin is still doing great. We had a hard time finding a home we would be satisfied with. We arrived at a bad time of year during a really slow market. Robin stuck to it, and helped us find a home. After showing numerous homes she helped get the deal negotiated and we closed on one. We are settling in now. Thanks again Robin.

Robin reached out to my husband and I when we showed interest in a property she was selling. She did a virtual walk through (we were out of state) and showed us everything. She also gave us a list of other properties in the area that were in our price range. She was available at most times of day regardless of the time change, she answered all of our questions to the best of her ability.
