Jennifer was a fantastic realtor from the moment I met her. She was honestly a God-send during this process. She listened to what I needed (even when I wasn't sure what I was looking for), handled every hurdle with ease, helped me enjoy the home-buying process, and found the perfect house for my family. At every interaction, I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge, and I could not have asked for a better person or agency to work with.

Jennifer is second to none!! She helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one. She worked extremely well not only with us but with other agents and contractors as needed. She always knew what to do and remained calm and encouraging throughout the process.
For the property we were selling she helped us determine what needed repairing and what could wait and who to hire. She even got a photographer in who was top notch! For the new property she knew inspectors and worked with the selling agent to get things done. We are so pleased with the job she did and recommended her to anyone!

Jennifer was exactly the agent we needed to Help us find a new home, sell our old home and time it all perfectly. We had a lot of challenges for her to work with including a busy schedule, many pets and the need to sell and buy timed to make a seamless transition. She carefully navigated everything that came up, she had good connections to take care of inspections and repairs as necessary and putting just the right amount of pressure on the sellers when we needing things done at the new house.
We recommended her to my brother for his sale and it also was handled great and with true professionalism. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her.

Jennifer was exactly the advocate our family needed to complete the purchase of our home in Fayetteville. We had perhaps one of the most unusual and complicated closings in the history of home buying. Jennifer did not waiver when push came to shove. Even when the seller's agent was unresponsive and unhelpful, Jennifer remained our ally and guaranteed we got into our home. When everyone pulled out for the evening, Jennifer was still there, in the middle of a hail storm, helping my husband unload our uhaul. While I hope we're here to stay for good, one thing is for sure, if we ever need an agent in the future, Jennifer is the first and only call I'd ever make.

Jennifer made sure that my family's move from Colorado Springs to Fayetteville was an enjoyable experience. We worked with Jennifer completely remotely and actually never met her until we moved into our new home yet somehow Jennifer felt like a close friend and confidant. She provided tons of videos, went back to houses to answer my open questions, advocated for us, and made sure that we felt like we were making the best decision possible. My husband and I had different visions for what we wanted, and Jennifer was patient with us, helped guide us based on her observations of our likes and dislikes, and kept us focused. Even when we became burnt out in a very hot market, she was there to help us navigate those frustrations. She also accommodated our time difference in negotiations and deadlines with sellers and advocated for us when we could not do so ourselves. If there was ever a question, Jennifer stepped in to ensure it was answered and that any roadblocks we had throughout the process were removed. I cannot sing Jennifer's praises enough. Her recommendations for contractors were also phenomenal - she certainly did her homework and I am beyond pleased with all of the work that was done in our home prior to move-in. Even after we closed, she was there for us, answering questions about the area, about other resources, things to do, places to eat - you name it, and Jennifer was there to answer the questions. Jennifer is responsive, patient, transparent, kind, and two steps ahead. I will recommend her to anyone moving to the area without any hesitation.

Jennifer went out of her way to help us get our house sold and help with her vast knowledge of the PCS process. Being a military spouse herself, she is able to understand all the stresses that comes with buying and selling in a new area. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Faatz for any of your real estate needs! Jennifer was amazing throughout the entire process of buying AND selling our homes. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, and so fun to work with. She helped us secure the perfect home for our growing boys to enjoy, which is not easy to do in this fast market. Jennifer helped us beat out multiple offers on the house we purchased because of her diligence to getting the offer in quickly and writing a heartfelt letter to the owners. In selling our home, she and her team assisted us in getting our house ready to sell, getting beautiful photos taken, and listing it at the perfect price point for us to get the maximum amount! Jennifer has been a god send. We were looking to relocate from another state and she made it happen. We had several issues that came up and she helped us navigate each one of them in a timey and efficient manner. Without her guidance and assistance I don't know that we would have ended up in the house we absolutely love. I cannot say enough about the extra mile Jennifer went for us. She guided us through each step, placed us in contact with the people we needed to make things happen, and followed up with us all along the way. She went above and beyond answering calls after hours and scurrying to each property as soon as possible. We were not able to physically be present to look at each house. Jennifer stayed in constant contact, went to each house, took video of each property and sent them to us as quickly as she could. The videos, all the time and effort payed off and we are now very happily in our new home. If you are looking for a Real estate agent that will go the extra mile for you then you really don't have to look any further than Jennifer. Thank you so much.

My wife and I had the best home buying experience with Jennifer Faatz. She went above and beyond, never resting until we found our perfect home. She was so patient as we looked at over 50 houses to find our forever home. She seriously has your best interest at heart and is also so much fun to work with. Jennifer was able to help us find the perfect home while dealing with some of the most difficult constraints imaginable. Not only were we dealing with social distancing and a limited ability to physically view homes, but I was still deployed and trying to stay available to deal with all of the facets of buying a house across time zones. While I wasn't sure about what to expect for the overall process, Jennifer definitely delivered more than I anticipated. We easily viewed over a dozen houses, and she was answering my emails during hours long after her office had closed and long before they opened. She did an amazing job at keeping me informed and by answering the endless questions that this first-time home buyer came up with. I knew that she was invested in finding the right home for my family and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that I know looking to buy a home during any market conditions. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our choice and she helped us make it a reality.
