Michelle is always professional and dedicated to her clients. She put our house up in probably the worse time for selling (the holidays), but assuredly stayed on top of the sell of our house. Once under contract, the repair list was one that would make novelists turn their heads. But this did not deter Michelle. She found several contractors and options to get the job done and stayed close in touch with us throughout the process. She made the awkward calls we did not want to make and made sure we were briefed routinely. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the sell. We could not have done it without you!

I was extremely please with Michelle handling the sell of my home.
She was able to answer all of my questions, notified me of every showing, and offered assistance in getting the inspection items being taken care of immediately. .I was initially contacted by Michelle on June 16th, began showing the home on July 6, and the closing was August 23. Due to her professional handling, all went very smoothly with no complications. I am very thankful she was my realtor.

Michelle did an excellent job of marketing our upscale house in a challenging rising interest rate environment. Professional online photos of our home were outstanding. We had moved out of state and Michelle went above and beyond to see that issues that arouse were taken care of in a prompt manner. She continued to work with prospective buyers beyond the listing term to sell our house. Her communications were very good. Communicate via text to receive quickest response.

Jennifer is second to none!! She helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one. She worked extremely well not only with us but with other agents and contractors as needed. She always knew what to do and remained calm and encouraging throughout the process.
For the property we were selling she helped us determine what needed repairing and what could wait and who to hire. She even got a photographer in who was top notch! For the new property she knew inspectors and worked with the selling agent to get things done. We are so pleased with the job she did and recommended her to anyone!

Jennifer was exactly the agent we needed to Help us find a new home, sell our old home and time it all perfectly. We had a lot of challenges for her to work with including a busy schedule, many pets and the need to sell and buy timed to make a seamless transition. She carefully navigated everything that came up, she had good connections to take care of inspections and repairs as necessary and putting just the right amount of pressure on the sellers when we needing things done at the new house.
