Wish I had more houses to sell. Lisa would be our go to realtor. She took the time to explain the current market in general and how our house fit into the overall picture. She also gave us her opinion how to price and market the property. There was never a question that she would not answer. She implemented the marketing plan efficiently and professionally. Every member of the team she assembled was timely and professional. Staging was done pictures taken as and showings coordinated respecting our time and space. So much for the nitty gritty. On a personal level Lisa took the time and importantly the interest in our hearing and understanding how for us this was more than a real estate transaction. We had lived in our home for 37 years. As anyone reading this well knows if you are lucky a house becomes a home. What one now sees as clutter to be left on life’s trash heap was once the part of many happy times with family and friends. Lisa clearly understood and although she has probably been faced with sellers going through the same issues she helped us through this stage of selling. Her time and attention to detail of the real estate sale and her understanding our personal feelings brought together a successful outcome.
