What impressed us most was the incredible amount of time, effort, and personal care Jordan put into everything. He didn’t simply list our home and wait for buyers. He worked tirelessly to make sure our property received the attention and exposure it deserved. From the professional videos and YouTube interviews to all of the additional marketing and promotion, Jordan went well beyond what we ever expected from a realtor.
And it wasn’t just the big things. Jordan paid attention to the smallest details and took the extra time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Jordan was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing concerning real estate. Some agents sugar coat answers to questions (stretch the truth) not Jordan he told you exactly what was what. If he couldn't answer your questions, he would say so and then try to find the answer and let you know the answer, either by text, email, in person or a phone call. When showing a property he would not sway you to buy it or not buy it. It was your decision. If you had a question about the property he would not just make something up. If he didn't know the answer to your question he would ask the owner and get back to you. He was always very calm and easy going and not raise his voice to you. He always kept you in the loop and communicated often. It was a pleasure working with Jordan. If I was ever to sell my house I just purchased or want to buy additional properties Jordan is the first agent I would contact.

We live 2 hours away from the area that we were trying to move, so there were some logistical challenges with viewing houses. Jordan did a great job accommodating our schedule and working with us to set up multiple showings the same day. I had listed my property several times with no luck over several years. Jordan came out, walked the land did a great drone video and had a person interested in the first couple weeks. Shortly after we had an accepted offer and closed today.

My wife and I had been looking to buy land to hunt, and start our hobby farm on for about 3 years. After dealing with our first relator for the first year and a half, and battling communication and lack of help in trying to find the right property, we knew it was time to find someone who would work closer with us in the process. We were told about Jordan Ploman by a friend of ours. We reached out to him and he was very nice, and you could tell he is very dedicated to helping his clients find what they are looking for. For about a year and a half we worked with Jordan. He set up a collaboration center and sent us properties that met the criteria we were looking for. He was always there when I had a question or was trying to get a showing of a property. We finally found the property that we were looking for, but had to battle dealing with a listing agent who was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Jordan worked around the clock writing offers and trying to communicate with the agent who would only communicate through text message. We where finally able to close on the property, and my wife and I can’t be more pleased. Jordan is a very stand up guy, and we are so grateful to have found him. We look forward to working with him in the future.
Jordan has been the best realtor we used! We had boughten and sold another house through another realtor and also looked at a few through a second. Jordan hands down was the best. We would see something we liked and Jordan always asked how soon we could be there! Always on time and never rushed us through. He gave his opinion, gave us our options as far as offers went, stayed in touch on new listing, stayed in touch after we bought our house, and even braved the rain on his motorcycle to show us a house.
