I highly recommend Chantell for your home buying needs! Prior to Chantell, I had put my home up for sale with another realtor a year before I met her. I received only one offer. My realtor at the time advised me not to take the offer. I did not receive another offer after that and had to take my home off the market a few months later. It was such a blessing when Chantell and her team came into the picture. Within days of meeting with her, she had the cleaning crew and photographer at my home.
