My wife and I moved from out of state and even though we had lived in Houston before, we had no idea where to start. Chantell walked us through the process, helped us find our desired area, budget, home, community, lenders, builders, hopefully you see where this is going.
Despite Chantell providing all the expertise and know-how the process was still unexpectedly quick (in a great way!) . She was able to help us nail down exactly what we wanted in the span of the week we visited and toured homes.
In addition to being great at what she does, Chantell most importantly was like a family member throughout the process and we always felt like she had our best interests at heart. Hope she knows she has lifelong friends and clients in future endeavors with us.

I highly recommend Chantell for your home buying needs! Prior to Chantell, I had put my home up for sale with another realtor a year before I met her. I received only one offer. My realtor at the time advised me not to take the offer. I did not receive another offer after that and had to take my home off the market a few months later. It was such a blessing when Chantell and her team came into the picture. Within days of meeting with her, she had the cleaning crew and photographer at my home. Chantell was responsive from day one. She helped our family find a home get through the closing process in record timing. She picked up the slack when the seller or lender dropped the ball to keep the process going. She is young and full of energy and real estate wisdom. Lisa has done an amazing job providing me with any and all resources she has. In the beginning, Lisa met us to view homes very last minute due to us traveling from out of town. After not having any luck the first trip and returning home, Lisa arranged to view homes for us virtually and toured them by herself. No matter the distance she was willing to go for us.
