Katie Hestla was a super important part of our team when buying our forever home. She was more than willing to take us to see as many homes as we asked her to. She listened very closely to what we were looking for in a home and showed us several very nice homes. She also saw that when we walked into "our" home it was home. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get the home we loved. Selling a home is a daunting task. Preparing a house to sell and show is even worse. Finding the “right” realtor is enough evidence to put you over the top. I interviewed four realtors and their brokers. There wasn’t one pair where I was comfortable with both pieces of the pie.

I would have Katie be my realtor over and over again. I’ve let my entire family know that Katie is the only realtor they’re allowed to use! She’s professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and listens to your wants and needs. She responds quickly and does not let the tough times of buying a home get you down!
