Iftikhar did a great job from start till the completion of my property. I had a very troubled tenant and Iftikhar’s advice was very useful and because of this I was able to evict her in time and was able to sell. He is very patient and knowledgeable professional who always knew what to do every step on the way of this sale process and advised me accordingly without loosing patience. At times I was losing hope that it might not be possible to make the sale but he kept me motivated.
