Dave was exceptional. We received multiple offers within the first week of listing, driving the sale price over ask. Additionally, Dave was always available to help out during the sales process including meeting the inspectors and appraiser at the home in our absence. Iftikhar did a great job from start till the completion of my property. I had a very troubled tenant and Iftikhar’s advice was very useful and because of this I was able to evict her in time and was able to sell. He is very patient and knowledgeable professional who always knew what to do every step on the way of this sale process and advised me accordingly without loosing patience. At times I was losing hope that it might not be possible to make the sale but he kept me motivated.

The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. David was always available to answer our questions and to show us homes (sometimes virtually) any time we asked for. David was absolutely wonderful to work with. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with David was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
