Just wanted to make a quick thank you and compliment to Angie Schumann, and Joshua Salim, and Mary Flinn at Fairfield Mercedes. From the moment we set foot on the dealership to point where we left in our new Mercedes we were treated with the utmost professionalism and class. The financing part was easy, straightforward, upfront and simple. They did not break out the peice of paper with the dreaded "four square". Everything was up on a screen where we could see how the numbers worked out and we thought that was the most impressive aspect of the entire transaction. We appreciated the transparency from start to finish. They stayed past closing time on a Sunday holiday weekend. Joshua called when he said he would call and responded each and every time promptly and professionally. Angie was the person that processed our transaction and did so in a very knowledgeable professional and yet personable friendly manner. We couldnt have asked for a better set of people to deal with and will recommend this dealership to all our friends and family. As a matter of fact we have our older son currently looking at a car at this dealership and very soon another family member as well!
