She had a small window to work with, and always kept within range of what we were looking for. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and would often go above and beyond to help our offer look more desirable. As first time homebuyers, it was really nice to have her at viewings so that she could point out pros and cons and things to consider for inspection. Once our offer got accepted, she worked quickly and communicated with us throughout the whole process so that our paperwork went smoothly. We are so happy that Megin was there to help us find our first home and make the whole experience a great one.
