My fiancée Sydney and I could not imagine going through this process with a better realtor. She is caring, responsive, and always looking out for your best interest. She not only made time to show us many homes, but brought the numbers, made long drives, and wasn’t afraid to be honest with us. Home buying is stressful but Tonya helped us find our perfect home!

Tonya did an absolutely exceptional job as my wife and I’s realtor. She continually went above and beyond our expectations and blew us away with her helpfulness and knowledge of the market. My wife and I found ourselves in a tough situation where we needed to quickly find a home in the middle of a crazy housing market, and Tonya guided us every step of the way. Although I didn’t know Tonya before our housing search (we found her by happenstance online), we could not imagine anyone else being our realtor. She responded to all of our questions and concerns within minutes and continually put our needs before her own (driving hours to meet us for showings and stopping on the side of the road while out of town to send us a purchase contract). If you have any doubts or worries about finding a realtor in or anywhere around the Indy area, look no further! Tonya is awesome.
