As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better realtor! Christie explained everything in detail when we were unsure of a step in the process. Every house we showed interest in, she did her best to get us there as soon as possible to see it.

Our first time home buyer experience with Christie was fantastic. We couldn't have found a better person to work with. She was always patient and kind no matter how many times we had her running all over Pennsylvania looking at every single house that peaked our interest. Her positive attitude was always there to help put things into perspective when we were feeling hopeless, thinking we would never find the right home. Thankfully, we were finally able to find what we were looking for, but not only did we score on our first home, we also found a friend in Christie. We highly recommend Christie and will continue to do business with her in the future.

Christie was so wonderful, patient, and supportive during the whole process. We looked at 12 houses before finding the right one! And she was down to show us all of them with no issues. She made me, a first time home buyer, slightly less stressed and did a good job of explaining what things meant that I didn't understand. I highly recommend her!

Christie helped me from start to finish to close on my first home. She’s an honest and outgoing person willing to accommodate requests for showings on short notice and even help out with repairs. She likes to cut right to the point and skip the BS. There’s times during buying where the buyer is under extreme pressure in general from all parties, but I never felt overly pressured from her specifically to do one thing or another. She laid out realistic options and was always supportive of my decisions and added her professional advice from experience where she thought it was helpful. She definitely keeps things real as far as likely costs, pitfalls, etc. for different things ranging from making offers to dealing with counteroffers and repair quotes. Buying a house was scary and something I’ve been putting off for a long time, but she helped guide me to the end with minimum bumps along the way.

In a very difficult market, Christie perservered. She cheerfully took us to over 40 houses, helped us write 8 offers and through relationships in the real estate community, found us a house we are so excited to call our own. She answered every question, gave us strong advice, and was a true professional. She even introduced us to some amazing foodie spots. Christie is the best because she works hard, really cares, and has a joie de vie that is rare.
